Artist Statement
My work explores emotion, tension, and balance through abstraction. I am interested in what exists beneath structure, how color, movement, and negative space can communicate without narrative or representation. Each piece is intuitive rather than planned, allowing the process to guide the outcome. The work is meant to be felt rather than explained, inviting the viewer to bring their own meaning to the surface.
My hope is that the paintings are an exploration of stillness, conflict, and clarity expressed through abstract form. I am drawn to simplicity and the subtle complexity that emerges when elements are limited. Each piece is created without a fixed outcome in mind, allowing intuition and process to lead. The work exists as a quiet confrontation between what is revealed and what remains unresolved.
I hope you love it…..
